Employment Lawyer - Senior Associate

Fully Remote (UK) | Global Law Firm

We’re recruiting an Employment Lawyer to join a global law firm’s dedicated employment team, working fully remotely.

Due to expansion and growth, the team is adding a motivated and experienced lawyer to work for a small group of key clients. You’ll manage volume Employment Tribunal litigation, mainly unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, working as a true extension of the clients’ in-house legal teams. The team sits alongside the firm’s highly ranked employment practice and benefits from its training. Notably, working for a small group of clients brings greater certainty and potentially more flexibility over your working hours.

The Opportunity

  • Permanent, fully remote role, anywhere in the UK
  • Full time or part time applications welcome
  • Take full ownership of key requirements and matters, with direct responsibility for core and high profile aspects
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your clients’ businesses
  • Work with newly established, technology led ways of working
  • Support more junior team members and share best practice
  • Work alongside the firm’s highly ranked employment team and the clients’ in-house legal function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
