Our client, a highly regarded and growing law firm, is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its successful team. You'll work on a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for an impressive client base, with the opportunity to manage your own caseload while being supported by experienced partners.

- Advising employers and senior executives on a broad range of employment matters.
- Supporting on complex and high-value cases.
- Managing your own caseload with partner support.
- Working closely with senior lawyers on client strategy.

You'll have:
- Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage your own workload.
