Employment Lawyers & Senior Employment Lawyers – Multiple Roles
Remote (UK), 3+ years PQE, Competitive salary, Flexible working
The Opportunity
We're recruiting for several experienced employment lawyers to join a growing, close-knit team that is expanding because of increased demand. The work focuses on employment tribunal litigation for a number of well-known organisations. You'll work closely with their in-house teams and get to know their businesses in real depth. There are roles at both mid and senior level, offering genuine ownership, a healthy, predictable working pattern and a refreshing alternative to a traditional practice role.

What you'll be doing
- Running your own caseload of employment tribunal claims, mainly unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Advising on individual and collective redundancy processes and wider employment issues
- Taking ownership of key client matters, supported by modern, tech-enabled ways of working
- At senior level, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals and setting best practice
What you'll bring
- 5+ years PQE in employment law, with strong employment tribunal experience
- A solid grounding in unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively against deadlines
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- For the senior roles, experience of supervising or developing others
