We’re Hiring! Employment Specialist – Connect to Work (SEQF)

📍 Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
🚗 Community-based + occasional county-wide travel
⏰ Full-time, 37 hours

✨ What you’ll do:
• Support people 1:1 on their journey into paid employment
• Build strong relationships with employers
• Deliver the Supported Employment (SEQF) model – full training provided
• Spend your time out in the community, meeting clients where they are
• Provide in-work support to help people stay and grow in their roles

🌱 What you’ll bring:
• Brilliant communication + people skills
• Passion, resilience and a genuine belief in people’s potential
• Ability to travel across North Nottinghamshire
• Experience supporting people facing barriers to work (desirable but not essential)
