We're recruiting on behalf of our client, who has an active backlog of off-payroll working and employment status compliance work.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone with genuine specialist depth in employment status and who is comfortable picking up varied, fast-moving work across multiple client projects.
The Role
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and policies for clients with large contractor workforces
- Carrying out employment status assessments across off-payroll working, Chapter 10/Chapter 11, self-employment, and agency labour supply chain arrangements
- Reviewing evidence from status determination tools (e.g. SDS-type tools)
- Managing general matters/inbox triage across several concurrent client projects

What We're Looking For
- Specialist knowledge of employment status, particularly from a tax perspective, rather than solely through an agency/Chapter 10/IR35-agency lens
- A genuine, strong interest in contracts and policy work
- A commercial mindset; comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day working practice
