London | £50,000 - £62,000 | Hybrid – 2 Days in Office

Our Client
Our client is a leading global professional services firm looking to expand its Employment Tax team in London. This is an opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice, advising major clients while developing your technical and commercial expertise.
The Role
- Deliver employment tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of Financial Services clients.
- Advise on expenses and benefits, including P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements.
- Provide technical advice on employment status, IR35, PAYE, RTI and payroll-related matters.
- Support clients with termination payments, pensions, NMW and the Construction Industry Scheme.
- Assist with HMRC enquiries, employment tax audits, disclosures and risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying additional advisory opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high technical standards and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the wider team's development.

Your Experience
- Experience in employment tax gained within professional services, a legal practice or a large corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK employment tax, including expenses and benefits, payroll and employment status.
- Ideally ATT and/or CTA qualified, although ACA, ACCA, CA, legal or equivalent qualifications are also considered.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to manage client relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with a proactive and commercially focused approach.
- An interest in developing your advisory expertise and progressing within Financial Services Tax.
