An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join a growing and highly regarded tax team within a leading accountancy practice.
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering a broad range of UK employment tax advisory and compliance services while building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers exposure to complex employment tax matters including due diligence, CIS, P11Ds, PSA, ERS, STBV and National Minimum Wage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of employment tax advisory and compliance projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on UK employment tax matters.
- Deliver employment tax due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Support business development and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
- Review work, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.

About You
- 6+ years' UK Employment Tax experience within practice or industry.
- Strong technical knowledge across employment tax advisory and compliance.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality projects.
- CTA qualified (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organisational and commercial skills.
