About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Employment Tax Manager / Assistant Manager to join our growing Employment Taxes team. In this role, you'll advise clients on a broad range of employment tax matters, support transaction-related projects, provide guidance on share schemes and incentives, and help businesses navigate an evolving tax landscape. You'll also contribute to team development, client growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver employment tax advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Advise on PAYE, National Insurance, benefits, IR35 and other employment tax matters.
- Support tax due diligence and transaction-related projects.
- Provide guidance on share schemes, incentives and employment-related securities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to team growth.

What we're looking for
- Professional tax qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Experience in employment tax compliance and advisory services.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Practice experience and knowledge of HMRC processes desirable.
