Salary: Up to £26,718

Location: Home Based (Midlands)

Basis: Permanent, Full Time

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Empty Properties Team to play a key role in providing an exceptional service to customers.

What could you be doing?

As an Administrator, you'll support a range of tasks including managing inboxes, data gathering, and cleansing to update our internal systems. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that values flexibility, accuracy, and great communication.

These roles are home-based, with travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices, and offer a chance to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment. Travel to the office would be approximately once a month and candidates would ideally be based within a reasonable distance of either of these offices to be able to commute as required.

What are some things that we need from you?

You'll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident working independently. You'll have strong IT skills, be comfortable using multiple systems, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience in housing or utilities is preferred, however we're also interested in your ability to learn quickly, manage your time effectively, and work well with others.

We're looking for someone who can stay motivated, organised, and contribute positively to a supportive and high-performing team.

In addition, you'll also:

  • Be comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel) and internal systems or databases.
  • Have clear written and verbal communication, especially when liaising with colleagues, customers, or external partners.
  • Are able to identify issues and take initiative to resolve them or escalate appropriately.
