EMT Support PA

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £37,000
Location: Peterborough – 4 days in the office per week

Summary of the role

The purpose of this role is to provide additional PA, secretarial and administrative support to the EMT, as well as to the CEO- and COO- PA’s, as required on a day-to-day basis to ensure an efficient service is provided. In addition, this role will have responsibility for end-to-end organisation of client visits & specific administration responsibilities and also coordinate visa & offshore travel requests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Organising and maintaining diary management and highlight deadlines and priority activities and distribute to direct reports as appropriate.
  • Coordinating and setting up meetings with multiple attendees.
  • Organising travel, accommodation and room bookings as required, supporting the Team in personal expenses management and other housekeeping tasks as appropriate.
  • Organising meetings, conference calls and video conferences as required, taking minutes and action points as required.
  • Organising events such as client visits to include, building access, refreshments, room bookings, technology set up.
  • Organising client & external guest visits, to include - building access, refreshments, room bookings, technology set up & meet-&-greet if required.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the EMT PAs.
  • Assist in securing the letters/visas for colleagues travelling to India on business.
  • Project work as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working in a corporate office environment, in a PA/secretarial role.
  • High level of computer literacy, including MS office software - Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • High levels of confidentiality, integrity, trust, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in writing and via the telephone.
  • Strong organisational, planning, prioritising and time management skills.
  • Must be able to able to work autonomously and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to suit the work environment and competent on Diligenta behavioural standards and values.
