Food & Beverage Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are maintained
  • Monitor stock levels, equipment, and hygiene standards while ensuring compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotion of hotel services, and innovative ideas
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and guest service
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of food safety, licensing regulations, and operational standards
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
