Job Description
About the Role:
Adagio is looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced property team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable, efficient, dependable, and proactive. You will play an important role in keeping the property safe, functional, and well maintained.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, manages their time well, solves problems quickly, and is ready to act when issues arise. If you're looking for a role where you can develop your skills and potentially grow into a lead or supervisor position, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of property maintenance issues.
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify potential problems.
- Help keep the property safe, clean, functional, and well maintained.
- Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
- Track, document, and report maintenance issues to management.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest practical solutions.
- Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time across multiple requests.
- Work independently while communicating clearly with management and other team members.

- Physically capable of carrying out active maintenance work.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in property or general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Practical, hands-on, and physically capable.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes full ownership of tasks.
- Proactive “can-do” attitude — sees problems and finds solutions.
- Works efficiently with attention to safety and detail.
- Good communication and professional approach.
- Growth mindset with the ambition to develop into a Lead/Supervisor role.
- Relevant trade or maintenance qualifications are desirable but not essential.
