Job Opportunity for EN 16005 Accredited Automatic Door Engineer
This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role covering London and the surrounding areas.
As a key member of the team, you will be required to:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair automatic door systems.
- Carry out safety inspections and compliance checks in accordance with EN 16005 standards.
- Complete fault-finding and diagnostic work across a range of automatic door manufacturers and systems.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high professional standard.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
- Complete service reports and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in out-of-hours call-outs when required.
- Travel throughout London and the surrounding areas on a daily basis.

What We Are Looking For:
- Current EN 16005 accreditation.
- Proven experience working with automatic doors and entrance systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site-based work effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of access control systems.
- Experience working across commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and public sector sites.
- Experience working with a range of automatic door manufacturers and systems.
