About Mistral
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
About The Role
Shape the future of AI sales at Mistral as our Enablement Lead, GTM Programs—a rare opportunity to define how a category-defining AI company scales its GTM motion. You won’t just execute programs; you’ll architect the seller experiences that power how Mistral goes to market.
This is high-visibility work with a direct line to leaders in Product, Marketing and RevOps, where your judgment and execution will shape Mistral’s sales future. You’ll own the ongoing curriculum, certification, and field cadence that turn best practices into repeatable, scalable systems. Every commercial seller will feel your impact.
Why This Role is Unique:
- Build, don’t inherit: Design frameworks from scratch at a company defining the future of AI.
- Own the narrative: Your work directly shapes how Mistral’s GTM learns, sells, and wins.
- High-leverage impact: Reach every commercial seller in a fast-growing, technically complex environment.
- Strategic seat at the table: Direct visibility across the entire GTM org.
What You'll Do
- Own the blueprint for GTM enablement for Account Executives and Deployment Strategists: curriculum architecture, certification frameworks, and field programs that scale our selling motion.
- Drive the operational engine: bi-weekly field cadence with Product and Marketing, SKO ownership, and frameworks that make enablement repeatable.
- Set the quality bar: assessments that prove competence, not attendance, and systems that compound learning over time.
- Be the field voice: clear, credible communications that ensure enablement lands with impact.
- Define the global standard: programs designed for reuse across regions, built to scale with Mistral’s growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
