The Role
As the Enablement Manager for the Multi-asset and Adviser Solutions (“MAAS”) in Europe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department operates effectively, efficiently and in alignment with strategic priorities – as well as be a key player in the execution of the growth plan for the business across its different pillars.
Sitting on the MAAS Leadership Team (“MAAS LT”), this role will enable MAAS leaders and broader team to perform at their best through planning, prioritisation and execution of key team-wide initiatives and strategic projects – at an important junction for the business, as it prepares for a significant acceleration both in the UK and in Continental Europe (CE).
In this role you will
Reporting into the Head of MAAS, Europe (“Team Head”), this role will have a number of important accountabilities:

Participate in and, where appropriate, lead the execution of projects and initiatives that are critical to the success of MAAS Europe by developing and managing project timelines, coordinating deliverables across stakeholders and the MAAS LT, identifying and addressing risks or dependencies – as well as opportunities for further synergies and growth – and reprioritizing workstreams as needed to maintain focus on high value activities, while ensuring clear progress tracking, action follow through, and consistent stakeholder communication

Work with the MAAS team, MAAS LT, and wider stakeholders to identify and drive material improvements to the operational processes and technology adoption of MAAS Europe. Be privy to our strategy and plans, and have the opportunity to contribute to not only to its execution, but also to its shaping

Work on the development of OKRs as required, ensuring these objectives are clearly connected to and aligned with the broader OKR frameworks of Europe and Global Multi-asset businesses

Work with the Team Head and MAAS LT to develop and implement strategic business plans (e.g. workforce planning, location strategy, technology roadmaps) and monitor performance against those objectives

Manage stakeholder coordination by ensuring leaders have clear, concise decision ready information, surfacing critical risks for consideration. Collaborate closely with similar roles across Europe and the Global ‘sister’ functions to ensure alignment, contributing to initiatives that have regional and global scope

- Support the Team Head with developing or coordinating development of materials for internal and external engagements, including client meetings, client presentations, press engagements, Board memos, business plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, Townhalls, and team communications
What it takes

Strong orientation towards planning and execution, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines

A passion for clients and investments; understanding of the European client landscape and of the solutions needed to serve them a strong plus

A track record in working with operational processes and technology solutions which enhance crew experience and efficiency. A drive to identify opportunities to progress the adoption of automation (including AI tools) to increase efficiency within the role and across the team

Strong verbal and written communication skills – as well as sound critical thinking and problem solving skills, needed to be part of a business transformation and build out

Ability to contribute to strategic plans and related execution streams

Outstanding and proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the division and enterprise

Ability to handle sensitive information and act as a confidential advisor

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
