Enablement / Training Manager

Help shape the future of AI-driven enablement in financial services

Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI. We build real, production-ready agentic systems that reshape how banks, advisers, and financial services firms operate, replacing fragmented processes with intelligent, end-to-end workflows. Recognised as Fintech of the Year for two consecutive years, Aveni powers compliance monitoring, adviser guidance, and AI automation across regulated environments.

We are seeking an Enablement / Training Manager to plan and deliver the training that turns new users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect into confident, everyday power users.

The Role

You’ll be the engine room of a growing enablement team. You’ll run training for client users, organise schedules and agendas, secure time in busy diaries, and nurture people from first login to everyday use. With thousands of users using Aveni, and enterprise clients with thousands of advisers, there is real scale and impact to this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Engaging Training: Run onboarding, refresher, and new feature sessions (both online and in person) for financial advisers and their support teams.
  • Organise Delivery at Scale: Build and manage training schedules, agendas, and invitations, ensuring busy, revenue-generating professionals have clear pathways to attend.
  • Nurture & Drive Adoption: Follow up after training sessions, identify users who need extra support, and help embed Aveni tools into daily workflows.
  • Manage New-Joiner Onboarding: Maintain a steady, scalable onboarding path for new starters across client firms.
  • Maintain & Author Content: Keep user guides, video walkthroughs, and LMS courses up to date, including the official Aveni Certification program.
  • Track & Report Telemetry: Monitor attendance, completion rates, and adoption metrics, sharing actionable insights with Customer Success and Product teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
