Desde Key People HR nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Encargado/a de Mantenimiento para incorporarse a una importante empresa del rubro industrial, ubicada en El Carril, Salta.

Ubicación

📍 El Carril, Salta

Modalidad

🏢 Modalidad: presencial

Horario

🕐 Lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 hs. + sábados de 09:00 a 13:00 hs.

Equipo

👥 Equipo a cargo: 3 personas

Principales Desafíos

  • Planificar y controlar el mantenimiento preventivo de equipos, maquinarias e instalaciones.
  • Coordinar tareas de mantenimiento correctivo y reparaciones.
  • Supervisar cámaras de frío, calderas, bombas, sistemas eléctricos e instalaciones.
  • Organizar cronogramas, prioridades y recursos.
  • Liderar y distribuir tareas dentro del equipo de mantenimiento.
  • Controlar stock de repuestos, herramientas e insumos.
  • Coordinar con las distintas áreas para garantizar la continuidad operativa.

Requisitos

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

✔️ Experiencia previa en mantenimiento industrial, preferentemente en posiciones de coordinación o supervisión. ✔️ Experiencia en talleres metalúrgicos o entornos industriales será especialmente valorada. ✔️ Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo. ✔️ Capacidad de organización, planificación y resolución de problemas. ✔️ Buen criterio para priorizar tareas y tomar decisiones operativas. ✔️ Compromiso, responsabilidad y disponibilidad ante situaciones imprevistas.
