D&R Imperial Ltd provides professional end-of-tenancy cleaning and property turnaround services for letting agents, property managers and landlords across Manchester.
We are expanding our network of reliable cleaning contractors to support upcoming property cleaning bookings, with opportunities for repeat work for contractors who consistently deliver high standards.
The Role
We are looking for experienced, self-employed cleaning contractors to undertake end-of-tenancy cleans, deep cleans and property turnaround cleaning across Manchester city centre, Salford and Salford Quays.
Work will be offered on a job-by-job basis, depending on client bookings, property requirements and contractor availability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough end-of-tenancy and property turnaround cleans to an agreed specification.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and other agreed areas to a high standard.
- Bring suitable cleaning equipment and materials where agreed.
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally regarding bookings and any delays.
- Follow property access, key collection and key-return procedures.
- Provide before-and-after photographs when required.
- Report any damage, pre-existing issues or additional cleaning requirements promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning or professional property cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliability, punctuality and professional communication.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning instructions.
- Own cleaning equipment and transport preferred.
- References and appropriate public liability insurance required before undertaking client work.
