This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egham, UK for an E2E Integration, Test & Validation Lead – 5G & Network Solutions. You will own the end-to-end integration, testing, and validation of complex 5G, telecom, enterprise, and industrial network solutions, from requirements and design through to deployment and customer acceptance. You will lead multi-vendor, multi-domain integration across RAN/5G NR, 4G/5G Core, IP/Transport, Private 5G, Open RAN, Cloud/Edge, and IoT, and coordinate FAT, SAT, ATP, UAT, and customer acceptance activities.
The role also includes defect investigation and root-cause analysis, managing test readiness and technical risks, and supporting PoCs, demonstrations, and field trials with vendors, partners, and customer technical teams.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in telecom testing, network integration, validation, or technical assurance
- Proven experience leading multi-vendor, multi-domain telecom integration
- Strong understanding of RAN, Core, and IP network dependencies
- Experience developing integration and test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with ATP, FAT, SAT, UAT, and customer acceptance
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and customers
- Strong technical communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ericsson or other major vendor experience is valuable; strong multi-vendor experience is also welcome
- Desirable: Python/scripting, Linux, REST/API testing, network test and traffic-generation tools, automated test frameworks, CI/CD
