We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised End-to-End Process Manager – Product to join Jellycat’s Category Management team, based in White City, London on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end product process, creating the structure, visibility and alignment needed to take our product portfolio from initial strategy and concept through to launch.
Working across Category Management, Pricing, Data Management, Design, Product Development, Commercial, Planning, Marketing and our regional market teams, you’ll connect key activities, decisions and milestones to ensure our product development cycle runs smoothly and effectively.

You'll be;
- Owning and evolving the end-to-end product process within Category Management, creating a clear and effective framework from strategy and concept through to launch.
- Building and managing the cross-functional critical path, bringing together key activities and deliverables across Design, Product Development, Commercial, Planning and Marketing.
- Establishing clear milestones, decision points, ownership and handovers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Managing the end-to-end product calendar and keeping teams aligned around key dates, dependencies and priorities.
- Bringing cross-functional teams together through key product meetings, decision gates and forums, ensuring discussions result in clear actions and outcomes.
- Tracking key decisions and actions, creating visibility of ownership and helping teams deliver against agreed commitments.
- Identifying risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks early, working collaboratively to resolve issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Continuously looking for opportunities to simplify and improve processes, tools and ways of working, increasing clarity, efficiency and agility across the product journey.

You'll have;
- At least five years’ experience in project, programme or process management, ideally within a product-led consumer business.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end product development, including timelines, critical paths and cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with experience managing complex workstreams and competing priorities.
- Proven experience bringing multiple functions together, creating alignment and driving delivery against shared commitments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to facilitate discussions and constructively challenge stakeholders at different levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying and resolving risks, dependencies and roadblocks.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying processes and improving ways of working.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strong process discipline with flexibility and pace.
