Your mission:

Build relationships with new end-user customers, understand their print and scan needs, and develop opportunities that Epson can deliver through its channel partners. This is a strategic sales role with direct customer engagement, from the first conversation through to the agreed solution.

What you will do:

  • Identify target customers and develop a plan to engage them, using market insight to focus on the strongest opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and understand their priorities, budgets, and buying processes.
  • Qualify prospects and create account plans that bring together customer requirements, stakeholders, proposed solutions, and delivery partners.
  • Work with the Business Management team to shape Epson’s go-to-market approach for end users and alliances.
  • Develop a pipeline of new projects, keeping opportunities and sales plans up to date in Epson’s CRM system.
  • Bring in technical, sales support, marketing, and external specialists to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Build relationships with organizations involved in bids and tenders, keeping Epson visible as future opportunities take shape.
  • Track progress against sales targets and provide accurate forecasts based on the pipeline.

What you will bring:

  • Experience developing new business and managing relationships with large accounts.
  • The ability to engage senior decision makers, understand complex requirements, and turn them into clear account plans.
  • A collaborative approach to working with channel partners and internal specialists.
  • Strong commercial judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
  • An innovative approach to finding and developing opportunities.
  • Direct account management experience would be an advantage.
  • Evidence of academic achievement.
