Client Support Regional Lead
London – 5 days on site (with travel to client sites in London)
Permanent
£60,000 - £70,000 p/a
We are partnered with an innovative IT consultancy based in London but with a global presence who create lasting value for their clients. They are looking for a highly skilled Client Support Lead to oversee the end user computing services team of IT professionals both locally and on client sites to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT support.
You’ll be leading a team of 9 across several sites and owning client support performance across the region. This isn’t just handling escalations but setting the standard for how the team response, resolves and reports. You’ll be leading a team of End User Support professionals who provide support for clients and the internal team. So the expectations are high. There’s no hiding. When the people you’re supporting know what good looks like, you have to be good.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
