Onsite Engineer
We are looking for an experienced onsite engineer who can independently manage end-user support operations, device lifecycle activities, incident resolution, and local site technology requirements within a banking environment.
The role requires a strong customer-focused individual capable of acting as the primary IT contact for the site while coordinating with remote support and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support.
- Hardware break-fix and device deployment activities.
- Laptop/Desktop build, installation and refresh programs.
- Incident and service request management.
- Application troubleshooting and user support.
- Mobile device and printer support.
- Support major technology changes and rollout activities.
- Vendor coordination and site support activities.
- Maintain accurate ITSM documentation and ticket hygiene.
- Stakeholder engagement with local business users and leadership.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of Desktop Support / EUC Support experience.
- Strong Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Active Directory knowledge.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience supporting users in enterprise or financial services environments is highly preferred.
