EUC Engineer / Desktop Support / 3rd Line Support / System Administrator

Location: Manchester - 5 days per week in Office

Requirements

  • Proven experience in End User Computing, Workplace Engineering, Desktop Infrastructure, or Application Packaging.
  • Strong hands-on 3rd Line support experience within an enterprise environment.
  • Extensive experience with application packaging and deployment across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of different application packaging formats and packaging tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application packaging and deployment issues.
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
