I’m hiring, exciting opportunity.
This role sits at the heart of Digital Workplace, and I need someone who brings genuine depth and hands on expertise, not just passing exposure, across Intune, Windows 11, Autopilot and Autopatch, macOS management, application packaging, vulnerability remediation, identity and access management, SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, automation and endpoint security. Reporting into our EUT Engineering Lead, within my wider Digital Workplace team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn’t an entry point into these technologies, it’s a role for someone who’s already lived and breathed them, knows where the edge cases bite, and can be trusted to own problems end to end. No two weeks are the same, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys getting hands on, challenging the way things are done, and finding simpler, better ways to deliver technology for our people.
Why CFC?
We’re a specialist insurer and pioneer in emerging risk, recognised globally as a market leader in cyber insurance, with operations spanning seven countries. It’s a business that invests seriously in its people and genuinely embraces technology rather than just talking about it.
