Exciting Opportunity in Endoscopy Booking Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Endoscopy Booking Office. We currently have a vacancy for an Admin Assistant to work 30 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, 9am - 5pm. The position is based at Eastbourne Hospital.

Days Covered:

  • Thursdays and Fridays
  • The other 2 weekdays can be discussed
  • Certain days may be needed to support training in the beginning

About You

Main Duties:

  • Provide efficient and responsive admin support to the Endoscopy bookings team
  • Monitor generic email accounts
  • Add waiting list entries to the PAS system and ensure RTT clocks are started
  • Be a point of contact for patients and colleagues
  • Answer incoming calls and help to monitor the answer phone service
