37.5 hours per week, cross site working between HRI and CRH.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to work in the Endoscopy department at the Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
About the Role
Endoscopy is a hardworking department with a strong sense of teamwork and you must be able to show that you are able to work as part of a team. The department is fast-paced, therefore the candidate we are looking for will need to possess excellent communication skills while working under pressure.
The role will involve cross site working and Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Good keyboard skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in the field of Endoscopy
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience of dealing with the public within a reception area
- Experience booking appointments
- Previous NHS experience
- Experience of managing a waiting list
- Experience of working with EPR
