Endpoint Management Specialist
Belfast (Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in the office)
We're looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing End User Services team supporting a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern endpoint technologies, manage the full Windows device lifecycle, and contribute to both BAU support and exciting infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise endpoint management platforms.
- Manage the complete Windows device lifecycle, including build, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
- Deliver software deployments, endpoint security controls, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance.
- Act as a technical escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and troubleshooting.
- Support platform upgrades, change initiatives, and service improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise endpoint management processes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Create and execute system test plans for change and release activities.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an Endpoint Management, EUC, or similar technical support role within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Altiris (highly desirable), Microsoft Intune, and/or Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Excellent knowledge of Windows endpoint management and device lifecycle processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets.
- Experience supporting both BAU operations and project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple technical teams.
