ISE Partners is supporting a highly regarded investment firm in the appointment of an experienced Endpoint Support & Workplace Technology Engineer to join its London technology team.
This is a hands-on L2/3 role for someone who combines deep macOS and Jamf expertise with strong technical judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuinely solution-driven mindset.
You'll be supporting a sophisticated and demanding user base within a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, ownership and service excellence are highly valued.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in the administration, support and continuous improvement of the firm's endpoint technology environment, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues while helping to enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering and supporting enterprise macOS environments
- Managing and maintaining Jamf Pro, including configuration, policies, deployments and troubleshooting
- Acting as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint and user issues
- Supporting and optimising workplace technology platforms
- Working across Microsoft 365, Windows and Entra ID environments
- Partnering with infrastructure, engineering and security teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, processes and the end-user experience
- Sharing knowledge and providing guidance to colleagues across the wider technology function

Essential Experience
- Strong commercial experience supporting and administering macOS environments
- Advanced Jamf Pro administration experience
- Endpoint management experience beyond supporting pre-configured devices
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Entra ID / Azure AD experience
- Windows support experience
- Experience operating as a senior L2/L3 escalation point
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Experience working within fast-paced, high-performance organisations
