Endur ETRM Project Manager - £1,100-1,500 per day – London
A major global commodity trading house seeks an experienced Endur ETRM Project Manager to join their business critical Endur v.25 implementation, starting in London before rolling out in Houston and Singapore as well.
This is a London based role 3 days per week with up to 2 days flexi working and you’ll join on an initial 6 month contract basis, and ideally looking to extend for another 6-12 months after this.
Day rate is open but circa £1,100-1,500 per day.
Joining one of the largest commodity trading houses, you’ll play a key role as Project Manager on their greenfield Endur implementation on Power, Gas, LNG, Emissions, owning the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstream(s) within the Endur v25 upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Endur v25 workstream(s), managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality against the agreed programme plan.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide regular status reporting to the Global Programme Manager and contribute to programme steering committee reporting, including RAG status, risks, issues, and decisions required.
- Chair workstream / cross-workstream forums, ensuring timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders within the assigned workstream(s).
- Manage relationships with any third-party implementation partners or vendors engaged on the workstream.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating appropriately to programme governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10+ years of ETRM / CTRM project management experience delivering large-scale technology implementations, ideally with some Openlink Endur experience.
- Proven experience managing delivery of a workstream within a multi-year, multi-region system upgrade or greenfield reimplementation.
- Strong understanding of the Front-to-Back trade lifecycle within a commodities trading environment.
- Track record of successful stakeholder and vendor management across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Strong governance and reporting discipline, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Excellent risk, issue, and change management skills within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
- Exposure to power, gas, freight, LNG, and emissions markets.
- Experience managing implementation partners or systems integrators on an Endur programme.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate status reporting, RAID log maintenance, and governance documentation.
- A proactive mindset towards AI adoption — staying current with emerging tools and actively exploring how they can be applied to improve delivery outcomes in a commodities trading technology context.
