Energy Broker – Remote / Self-Employed

About Signify Energy

Signify Energy is an independent commercial energy consultancy built around trust, expertise and long-term client relationships.

We work with UK businesses to help them make smarter decisions around their energy costs — providing independent advice across electricity, gas and wider energy solutions.

Our approach goes beyond simply comparing prices and placing contracts. We focus on understanding each client's business, reducing costs, managing commercial risk and providing ongoing support throughout the relationship.

Energy. Strategy. Value.

As Signify Energy continues to grow, we're looking for experienced and ambitious Energy Brokers who want to build their business alongside a modern, independent consultancy.

The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Energy Brokers to join Signify Energy on a remote, self-employed/contract basis.

This opportunity would particularly suit brokers who already understand the UK commercial energy market and want the freedom to develop their own client portfolio while working under a professional and growing brand.

You'll be responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships and managing opportunities from initial conversation through to contract completion and ongoing account management.

You'll have the independence to manage your own pipeline while having access to the infrastructure, supplier relationships, systems and support provided by Signify Energy.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
