Energy Broker (Uncapped Commission)
£37,500 - £45,000 (£100,000 OTE) + 30% Uncapped Commission + 33 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Company Incentives

Are you an experienced Energy Broker, Account Manager or similar with a proven portfolio of clients looking to advance your career with a leading firm who pay the best commission rates and provide an environment that enables employees to enhance their career?

This company has been providing expert consultancy services to sole traders and large nationwide corporations for the past decade. They hold a broad portfolio of energy suppliers and advise clients on which supplier best suits their business needs and sustainability targets.

On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the company. You will take the strategic lead in winning and growing corporate business, utilising your existing portfolio to help play a key role in business development. To support a period of sustained growth, they are looking for a commercially driven, consultative professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

The Role:

  • Drive new business acquisition through outreach, cold calls, networking, and leveraging industry knowledge
  • Grow your existing portfolio of key clients with a focus on retention and upselling opportunities
  • Lead strategic client discussions, offering expert advice on energy solutions and utility services
  • Collaborate with admin support to ensure seamless client onboarding
