Description

As an Energy Customer Care Advisor you will work within the metering department providing support to customers which are having complex queries or issues.

You will be providing smart meter performance subject matter expertise working closely with other members of the business and the offshore customer service department.

Will work with engineers booking works and installations and provide on the day support solving any complex matters.

The role will be extremely analytical producing reports and compiling information.

Profile

  • Previous energy experience and desirable knowledge of metering and complex queries
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build good working relationships
  • Analytical and confident with data and reporting
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and methodical approach
  • An excellent team player
