The Role:

We are partnering with a leading Global Law Firm to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate to join its established Energy and Infrastructure practice in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a banking or projects lawyer looking to expand their regional transaction footprint across Asia-Pacific. In this role, you will advise commercial lenders, sponsors, and international financial institutions on complex project finance and cross-border commercial transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Working as part of the firm's Singapore practice, you will play a key role in structuring and negotiating high-value regional mandates. Full international relocation and visa support to Singapore will be provided.

Key Requirements

  • 3–8 years PQE with experience in project finance, corporate banking, or energy/infrastructure development at a top-tier international firm.
  • Qualified to practise law in a recognised common law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales, Australia, or an equivalent jurisdiction), as required for advising on cross-border financing transactions.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex financing and commercial agreements for cross-border projects.
  • Strong team player with effective client-facing skills and the ability to operate across international jurisdictions.
