An excellent opportunity for an experienced Projects lawyer to join a highly regarded energy-focused team advising on complex, high-value transactions in the UK and internationally. This role offers exposure to market-leading work across traditional oil & gas and energy transition projects, with a clear pathway for progression.

The Role

  • Advise on major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and international markets
  • Work on M&A, project development, financing and strategic transactions
  • Support clients across the full energy value chain, including up/mid/downstream, LNG and refining
  • Draft and negotiate complex project and commercial documentation
  • Play an active role in client relationships and business development
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Strong transactional and drafting experience in projects or energy
  • Oil & gas experience preferred; energy transition exposure advantageous
  • Commercially astute with strong risk assessment skills
  • Confident engaging with clients and working on cross-border matters
