About the Company

Our client is a leader in energy performance and sustainability within the built environment. They deliver measurable impact across large-scale commercial property portfolios, focusing on energy optimisation, carbon reduction, and ESG strategy. Their work supports forward-thinking landlords and occupiers in meeting their net zero objectives through technical delivery and data-driven insights, with a growing footprint across Europe.

The successful candidate will drive energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy strategies, including solar PV, across a range of assets. For a candidate with strong leadership potential, there may be scope for this to sit at a more senior level.

Key Responsibilities

Energy Strategy & Delivery

  • Support the development and implementation of energy management strategies to optimise operational performance and reduce energy consumption across assets
  • Conduct detailed energy audits and identify opportunities for efficiency, renewable integration (including solar PV), and cost savings
  • Lead on the delivery of energy reporting and sustainability assessments across managed portfolios

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
