This client-facing role is focused on delivering a high-touch, consultative service across all travel, crew mobilisation, offshore logistics, and workforce movement requirements. Working closely with clients, you will understand their operational challenges, workforce mobility requirements, compliance obligations, and business objectives, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and champion of Reed & Mackay's service and technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for Energy & Marine clients, delivering a consistently high standard of service tailored to operational and commercial requirements.
  • Support complex workforce mobility requirements, including offshore crew rotations, project mobilisation, international travel, visa requirements, and emergency travel arrangements.
  • Provide a consultative approach to travel management, crew logistics, duty of care, compliance, reporting, sustainability initiatives, and technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Reed & Mackay's services and recommend specialist solutions that enhance operational efficiency and traveller experience.
  • Deliver cost-effective travel solutions while maximising policy compliance, value, and savings opportunities.
  • Manage and support air, rail, hotel, and offshore travel bookings, including Energy & Marine fares, one-way fares, split ticketing, reissues, and complex itineraries.
  • Monitor bookings for savings opportunities, optimise routings and supplier options, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and client experience.
  • Promote collaboration across operational, commercial, technology, and account management teams while supporting client retention and company objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
