About the Company

Our client is a leading solutions firm specializing in CSR, decarbonization, and energy performance. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the company combines economy and ecology for SMEs, large groups, and public players. It offers a global approach combining consulting, digital solutions, and financing. Today, the organization is taking a step forward by starting its international development with the opening of its first office in London. This strategic recruitment is part of a large-scale contract to manage a turnkey energy renovation and decarbonization project on a major site.

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will lead an ambitious decarbonization and energy efficiency program for a major industrial site. To succeed, you will rely on technical experts in France, drawing on their experience with similar sites.

  • Acting as the Project Owner representative (Client representative), you will ensure the proper execution of renovation works (heating electrification, solar panels, lighting, etc.).
  • You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the group's technical expertise and the specificities of the British construction market to ensure the overall success of the project.
  • Proactively, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the work packages (scoping, site audits, design studies). You will also manage the tender documentation, competitive bidding, and selection of contractors.
  • On-site, you will supervise the execution plans and follow up with subcontractors to anticipate any issues, ensuring that the schedule, budget, and allocated resources are maintained.
  • Thanks to your adaptability, you will know how to manage the unexpected events common in construction to successfully complete the handover of the works and commissioning.
  • Your interpersonal skills will make you the trusted contact for the end client and their partners.
  • You will also use these skills to provide technical support to the sales team with new prospects.
  • On a daily basis, your ability to explain things simply will be essential to translate and simplify technical requirements for all stakeholders.
  • Finally, working independently from London, you will organize your workload to guarantee the progress of the works. You will ensure clear communication with the teams in France, participate in feedback sessions, and support the development of junior staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
