Energy Sales Executive
Office Based: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £30k base salary / £40k to £50k commission package - £70k/£80k OTE
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
My client is an IT Managed Services organisation focused on Energy Solutions B2B, and is looking for an ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join their growing Energy Department.
As an Energy Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping businesses secure the most suitable energy contracts by providing expert market insight and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing business customers regarding their energy requirements.
- Work with a selected network of energy suppliers to help businesses optimise costs, manage contract risk, and access the most suitable tariffs available in the market.
- Manage energy contract renewals and procure competitive quotations from a wide range of suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor energy market trends and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals.
- Prepare and present energy proposals and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (energy industry).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
