We install and operate BESS systems at commercial and industrial sites, optimising them against wholesale and flexibility markets.
The job
- Forecast demand across our portfolio
- Help build and manage our market position
- Trade day-ahead and intraday as well as flexibility markets
You'll also work across the wider business: modelling site economics, assessing new market opportunities, and helping shape how we operate as we grow.

You'll need
- Experience in GB power markets, trading, analysis, consultancy or optimisation
- Understanding of wholesale mechanics: day-ahead, intraday, imbalance, flexibility
- Strong quantitative skills, experience with ML and large databases and fluency in Python or similar
- Willingness to work outside your remit in a small team

- Knowledge of BSC and industry codes, SQL and cloud computing experience, IOT with distributed assets
