Location: London - multiple roles and locations/areas available
Salary: GBP 26,441 - GBP 28,460 DOE + Uncapped Bonus (OTE GBP 60,000+)
Hours: 40 hours per week, including one late evening. Flexible working hours to suit operational needs.
Must have: Full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
- Attending residential and commercial addresses to carry out debt recovery activity
- Completing income and expenditure assessments with customers
- Negotiating affordable repayment arrangements and securing payments in full where appropriate
- Managing your own daily workload and appointments
- Completing relevant reports and case documentation accurately
- Taking control of goods where required in line with regulations and company procedures
