Role: Customer Engagement Advisor
Location: Mobile role which will require travel within the East and East of England Area
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Grade: SC2
Target Salary: £42,642 + £6,452 Annual Car Allowance

About this role
Do you have a passion for building relationships and making a difference in the skills landscape of the construction industry? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Customer Engagement Advisor to be the face of CITB across East and East of England.
As our local representative, you’ll engage directly with employers, training providers, and key stakeholders — offering support, sharing insights, and helping businesses tap into the full range of CITB services and initiatives. This is a mobile role with plenty of autonomy, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and making tangible impact in their local area.
