Engagement and Partnerships Assistant
As an Engagement and Partnerships Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships between the Trust and the communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to implement community engagement strategies that align with the Trust’s vision and values.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and devise methods to ensure that the voices of patients, carers, and local communities are heard and can influence the Trust’s decision-making, particularly around service development and transformation.
You will work closely with the Head of Public and Community Engagement to plan and deliver a range of engagement activities, including public meetings and community events. You will help build trust and confidence in the Trust and the NHS, ensuring that the community feels valued and involved in shaping their local healthcare services.
