Join Specsavers as an Engagement and Retention Delivery Lead

Play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers across every stage of their journey. Sitting within our CRM team, you’ll help deliver engaging, seamless experiences across digital and omnichannel touchpoints, supporting a strategy focused on strengthening loyalty, improving retention and driving meaningful customer relationships. We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a fixed term basis for 2 years.

As we continue through an exciting period of transformation, you’ll bring structure and pace to a complex delivery landscape. You’ll keep initiatives moving forward, ensuring clear plans, milestones and visibility across multiple workstreams, while balancing day-to-day activity with longer term transformation priorities. Your ability to create clarity in ambiguity and keep teams aligned will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with a wide network of stakeholders across marketing, data, technology and creative teams, you’ll manage dependencies, highlight risks early on and support confident decision making.
  • You’ll also help embed simple, effective ways of working, coordinate planning cycles and lead delivery reviews to keep priorities clear, outcome focused and aligned with wider business goals.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with strong programme and project delivery experience within a marketing, CRM, digital or customer engagement environment, who is confident influencing at a senior level and thrives on bringing organisation and clarity to fast-moving teams. You'll be highly organised, pragmatic and outcome focused, with experience using project and change management tools and methodologies to drive delivery, while applying them proportionately and flexibly to suit the situation. As a senior member of the team, you'll be hands-on in driving plans forward, taking ownership of your own work as well as coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, helping to create momentum and progress across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
