I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
It's a creative, hands-on role for someone with an email and content marketing brain who likes making things and seeing them land. You'll set and hit KPIs, cultivate genuine health communities inside each client's workforce, and build the feedback loops that make every campaign better than the last.
The exciting part: doing this for multinational enterprise employers, delivering long-lasting campaigns that make people healthier, happier, fitter and better connected.
What you’ll do
- Create and deliver multi-channel engagement campaigns across email, webinars, in-app content, events and more. Running these end to end, from brief to build to publish.
- Own lifecycle and behavioural messaging: onboarding journeys, milestone nudges and, crucially, the reactivation of inactive users.
- Build and cultivate community inside each client's workforce and across the wider GoJoe user base. Champion and ambassador programmes, user-generated content, and running public challenges and competitions.
- Content creation: strong copywriting plus clean, on-brand assets built in the likes of Canva or Figma.
- Deliver global campaigns for multinational clients, adapting content for different geographies, timezones and audiences as part of coordinated rollouts.
- Build and manage reusable engagement and comms templates that clients can run themselves.
- Run a light organic social for GoJoe primarily LinkedIn
- Set, track and report against KPIs, and build feedback loops that sharpen the next campaign.
- Use AI tools to support your own work; reporting, content production, project management
- Be part of client-facing conversations as the delivery expert.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 4–6 years in a hands-on marketing role; in-house for a brand, in an agency, or with a provider - with core skills in engagement, content and campaign creation and delivery.
- Proven email / CRM campaign delivery, with working knowledge of a CRM or engagement platform (e.g. Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar) - building, running and reporting on campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, plus the ability to produce clean, on-brand assets in Canva or Figma. You must have created assets before - but you are not, and do not need to be, a designer.
- Experience building and engaging a community or audience.
- Comfortable using AI platforms to support your work, with some hands-on experience.
- A self-starter who thrives working remotely and end to end: takes a brief, works with the team to shape it, and delivers.
- Comfortable being client-facing as part of a delivery team.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing; being active, sporty, or personally engaged in that world. It helps you build campaigns for the ordinary Joe.
Desirable

- Experience with public or community challenges and competitions.
Personal
- A team player
- Someone who enjoys a role with variety and growth opportunities
