Are you passionate about stakeholder engagement and project communication? A leading Pharmaceutical company is seeking an Engagement Coordinator in the Berkshire/Surrey areas. This role offers an exciting chance to be at the forefront of a major transition project, ensuring seamless communication and engagement across multiple teams.

This is an initial 12 month contract and based across 2 different sites. The role can offer hybrid working with site presence in both sites.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Engagement Coordinator will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • As the Engagement Coordinator, you will coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement activities, maintaining and updating stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
  • As the Engagement Coordinator, you will prepare project communication materials, including presentations, announcements, and updates, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • As the Engagement Coordinator, you will organise and coordinate engagement sessions, workshops, and events to raise project awareness.
  • As the Engagement Coordinator, you will act as the operational liaison with UK Talent and UK Communications teams, aligning project communication with broader organisational initiatives.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Engagement Coordinator, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • Relevant degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, employee engagement, event coordination, or project support.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and collaboration platforms.
