About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects within major Product, Automotive, Consumer & Energy programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large, strategically important projects from mobilisation through to successful implementation, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality. Working alongside senior programme leadership, solution architects, delivery managers and customer executives, this role will provide strong delivery leadership across complex multi-disciplinary teams.

This is a senior client-facing role requiring exceptional leadership, governance and delivery management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology-enabled transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex projects that form part of wider enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for successful project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams consisting of project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, change specialists and partner organisations.
  • Create an environment that promotes collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence.

Delivery Management

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to wider programme milestones and dependencies.
  • Drive predictable delivery through effective planning, estimation, resource management and governance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered using recognised project management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery best practices.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies across internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers.

Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with customer delivery leadership and senior business stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact for assigned projects, providing clear communication, transparency and confidence throughout delivery.
  • Facilitate steering committees, project boards and governance forums.
  • Work collaboratively with customer teams to resolve delivery challenges and maintain programme momentum.

Governance, Risk & Assurance

  • Establish effective governance and reporting across all project activities.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID), ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • Produce high-quality executive reporting covering delivery status, milestones, financial performance, risks and overall project health.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and organisational delivery methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
