Engagement Director - Active SC Clearance
Up to £995 per day Inside IR35
London
An opportunity has arisen for a senior transformation leader to take overall delivery accountability across a major public sector transformation programme within central government.
This is a senior engagement leadership role for someone with a strong track record of leading complex transformation programmes across the public sector, managing multiple workstreams and providing strategic direction across large-scale change initiatives.
You’ll take ownership of delivery, senior stakeholder management, programme governance and strategic alignment, working closely with the Programme Director to ensure the programme remains on track and delivers its intended outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong track record in public sector transformation leadership, ideally across large and complex government programmes
- Significant experience leading multi-workstream transformation programmes with responsibility for overall delivery
- Strong central government experience
- Experience operating across complex stakeholder environments, engaging confidently with senior government and programme leadership
- A background in large-scale transformation, programme delivery, governance and organisational change
- Strong understanding of programme dependencies, benefits management, delivery assurance and strategic alignment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and drive decisions at senior level
- Active SC Clearance is essential
