FlowX.AI
FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of executive relationships, strategic program ownership, and measurable business outcomes.
Our Engagement Directors are the executive face of FlowX.AI to our most complex and high-profile clients - trusted advisors who ensure the platform delivers transformational value, not just on-time delivery. You will own the full engagement lifecycle: from adoption and enablement to renewal, upsell, and long-term partnership growth.
What you would do on a daily basis
- Serve as the primary executive partner and trusted advisor to client sponsors and C-suite stakeholders, leading governance processes including steering committee meetings and quarterly roadmap reviews.
- Own overall program success across assigned engagements - developing integrated program plans, establishing governance frameworks, and driving executive decision-making with clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Own the account's adoption strategy, sponsoring Centre of Excellence development and structured enablement programs (e.g. Train-the-Trainer) that make platform usage self-sustaining within the client organization.
- Own the account's renewal path - ensuring renewals happen on time, monitoring account health and licensed capacity, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities ahead of renewal milestones.
- Serve as the second-tier escalation point for complex delivery matters, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely resolution and escalating unresolved matters to the Head of Customer Success.
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities within existing accounts - applying consultative selling skills to build the business case and partnering with Account Executives to advance them commercially.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
