As Doubtless Pet Care continues to grow, we are seeking a Engagement & Inclusion Partner to join our People team.

As our Engagement and Inclusion Partner, you'll help shape a positive and inclusive colleague experience. Working within the Talent & Culture team, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition and colleague voice.

You'll oversee engagement surveys, drive action planning, and partner with HR and business leaders to use colleague feedback and insights to improve how we support our people and culture.

Package: We offer competitive remuneration, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical insurance, and a range of employee benefits!

Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional office presence in our Amesbury and London offices.

What you'll get up to as our Engagement & Inclusion Partner

  • Lead and support the delivery of our engagement agenda, helping to strengthen colleague experience and build a culture where people feel connected, informed and valued.
  • Own the mechanics of engagement surveys, including planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, communications and smooth end-to-end delivery.
  • Support leaders and teams to understand survey findings and translate insight into clear, practical and measurable actions that improve the colleague experience.
  • Track action planning activity and progress, helping to ensure colleague feedback leads to visible change and sustained follow-through.
  • Strengthen colleague voice by creating meaningful opportunities for colleagues to share feedback, ideas and experiences through formal and informal listening channels.
  • Support the development and ongoing success of colleague communities, networks and forums that build connection, belonging and representation across the business.
  • Help shape and deliver inclusion priorities and initiatives, embedding inclusive thinking into everyday people practices and colleague experience.
  • Lead and coordinate wellbeing initiatives and campaigns that support colleague health, wellbeing and resilience in practical and meaningful ways.
  • Manage and support internal awards and recognition activity, external award submissions, and external benchmarks that celebrate progress, showcase our culture and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Use engagement, inclusion and wellbeing data to identify themes, monitor progress and provide insight-led recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create clear, engaging communications and materials to support campaigns, reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner effectively with HR colleagues, leaders and teams across the business to support delivery of key People priorities.
  • Ensure all activity is aligned to the wider People strategy, organisational priorities and relevant policies and standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
